A Limb-posture Sensing Method

Based on Multi-sensor Fusion Technology

This research area centers on addressing the challenge of paraplegic patients being unable to perceive the position and orientation of their affected limbs due to the absence of proprioceptive sensation. Leveraging pose sensors, augmented reality devices, and advanced technology, the aim is to identify body postures and offer sensory feedback. This approach enables users to concurrently experience actual surroundings and access body pose details that would otherwise remain beyond their proprioceptive perception.
